Concrete Pour

So Dad and Grandpa have completed the corvette's Paint job. So they are on to the next project and pouring concrete for the edition. The Will frame up the front first but with the extra concrete dad baought he added some more concrete to the car port.

Great Hensley & Jack

Great Hensley has been busy ruining Jack. ;) Just holding and rocking him and generally being a great Grandma! We sure do appreciate the extra time she spends with him. :)

White Coat Ceremony

As most of you know, Will/ Joey is in Medical School now. Statistically the majority of people that drop out of Medical school will drop in the first semester. So after the completion of the first semester they have an official ceremony called the White Coat ceremony in which each Medical Student receives his first White Coat. Mom, Dad and Great Hensley and Great Papaw were able to be there for the ceremony. Congratulations WILL!

Mag-Nag-nexts

For Christmas Jessalyn and Jeffrey received some of those tin boxes with Magnetic pieces that you can use to create pictures. (a circus with preformers or spacemen and planets and stuff.) Anyhow, Jessalyn can not say Magnets. But they way she says it is much more difficult than the real word Magnet. It is Mag- Nag- Nexts. Regardless of how many times I have tries to get her to say it right she is like, "That's what I said mom!" hehhehe...

20 Years Ago Today.....

Baby Zack came screaming into this world. Zack is my BABY brother. (Z for the last child see..) I remember when he was going to be born, I wanted to see him when he was just born. For some reason I had the idea that babies were like kittens and didn't open their eyes for the first few hours. I was devastated when I woke up in the morning to find a new baby brother with his eyes already opened. Zack was born at home so I expected to be able to see him right after he was born but he chose to be born around midnight and so, as any 8 yr old should be, I was asleep. But we love him! He is wonderful with his eyes opened or closed.

He is now much taller than I am and in school to become a lawyer or maybe it was a foreign liason I forget the title now, he did tell me he recently changed it. But It has to do with laws. :)

In the Trenches...

Jeffrey helps out as Dad and the boys dig trenches for the footers on the new addition to the front of Mom and Dad's house. Jessalyn played supervisor and had a great time "helping."

Who's That Baby??

Jackson was too cute when he discovered himself on the mirrored surface of the table while we were all cleaning up the morning after new years.
